Online monitoring of key machinery with the CSI 2600 provides real-time information that enables users to track and diagnose issues, avoid unexpected downtime, and determine the best time for maintenance.
The CSI 2600 utilises PeakVue® technology to identify developing bearing and gear faults in advance of damaging the machine. With the CSI 2600, vibration analysts can capture start-up or coastdown data for a turbine generator or turbo compressor using proven transient capabilities.
Furthermore, with AMS Suite, users can configure and control the CSI 2600 from the control room via a LAN or by connecting directly via a laptop in the field.
The CSI 2600 is easily transported and left at remote sites for extended monitoring and remote communication. The CSI 2600 also provides flexibility in sensor connectivity. Users can connect through traditional BNC connectors, or with blunt cut wires to attach to sensor termination screws, eliminating the need for analysts to carry cable adaptors in the field.
